Welcome to the 8th Annual Cape Breton Classic Registration
Early registration is now open for U12, U14 and U16 Boys & Girls Divisions. The tournament will be held in greater Sydney area, April 17th - 19th.
The CB Classic has become one of the premiere tournaments in the region and serves as a great way to cap off the fall-winter season or kick off the summer one.
Due to the increase in the number of teams participating in the tournament, the 2020 Cape Breton Classic committee has reviewed and revised the format. The 8th annual tournament will be a multi venue event involving a dozen facilities in Sydney and surrounding communities. The opening ceremonies has been removed along with the classic pizza party. This will improve facility scheduling and the overall quality of the games.
A hospitality suite will be once again be present at all venues, available for coaches, team staff, parents, organizers and officials. Canteen services will be at each venue along with merchandise available for sale.
Early registration is now in effect until February 28th, 2020. Full team payment is required in order to guarantee your spot in the tournament. During early registration, we can normally hold spots for a period of 7 days. Hold periods will decrease as we move closer to capacity.
Here are the divisions of our host teams. We make every effort to have competitive divisions and games. Teams are welcome to register for higher divisions but not encouraged to drop down in divisions.
